High School Students
High School Students
Many high school students may feel that their only option after high school is to attend a four-year college or university, which is a great choice but not always the right fit for every student. A career education school may be a better choice and may be able to offer more than a four-year school can.
Career education schools provide specific skills and services that four-year schools can’t. Courses in career colleges feature job-specific skills and hands-on experience without unnecessary classes. Industry-focused education prepares students to step into their careers immediately. Also, career colleges can usually help students earn their degrees in a much shorter period of time than four-year schools.
At Pinnacle Career Institute, we want to bring greater awareness to high school students about opportunities at career colleges. We offer lecture visits and interactive campus tours at our PCI campuses. We strive to show the advantages of a PCI education through the following program.
PX2
We’re excited to announce that we’ve been selected to provide The Pacific Institute’s new high-school-based program, PX2. Because career choices have become increasingly complicated and the transition after high school can be confusing and scary, PX2 gives students the tools to make a smoother transition. The program provides sessions in goal setting, success skills, self-confidence, peer relationships and much more.
