With Pinnacle Career Institute's Medical Assistant program, you'll gain the skills to work effectively in a medical setting. As a medical assistant, you can ensure physicians' offices, hospitals or clinics run smoothly and serve the needs of the patient. You'll learn how to perform important medical procedures, such as collecting laboratory samples, recording medical histories, taking vital signs, explaining treatments to patients and assisting the physicians with examinations. Finish your education at Boot Camp!
Our online program also includes an opportunity to apply your learning and sharpen your techniques at our comprehensive 40-hour hands-on Boot Camp. During this intensive week, students will practice their skills as well as have the opportunity to take the National Register Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) certification exam and the Red Cross CPR and AED certification test during this time as well.
