What does a personal trainer do exactly? 
Personal trainers help people safely and effectively set goals so they can achieve the fitness level they want and see results. 

Why would someone need or want a personal trainer?

  • Their workout is no longer challenging
  • Accountability - many people need and want the push
  • There may be a need for special or more guided instruction

What types of training will I be able to do as a certified personal trainer? 
There are many types of specialty areas that a personal trainer can branch into including: group fitness instructor, health coach, youth fitness specialist, and many more. 

Are the ACE and NSCA certifications accepted all over the country? 
Yes, both the ACE and the NSCA are nationally accredited and the ACE is also accredited by the European Health & Fitness Association (EHFA).
