The Consumer Information Center is intended to supplement the information provided in our schools' Campus Catalogs and other publications. In many instances, this website indicates where additional information relating to a subject may be located, either in one of our school's publications, on a school's website, or on a third-party website (e.g., the College Navigator website maintained by the National Center for Education Statistics). This website also serves to notify current and prospective students regarding the availability and location of consumer information in accordance with certain state and federal laws applicable to our schools. For assistance with any of the consumer information discussed herein, prospective and current students may contact the Campus President at the school during regular business hours. Emergency Preparedness Plan

The purpose of the Emergency Preparedness Plan is to establish procedures that help protect students, employees, visitors, and contractors during emergencies affecting campus operations. This plan supports institutional safety, continuity of instruction, and emergency response coordination in accordance with applicable state and federal standards. This plan applies to all classrooms, laboratories, offices, indoor training areas, and outdoor tower training operations.

The Director of Safety, Joey Silva, serves as the designated Emergency Coordinator and retains primary authority for initiating this plan, coordinating with local first responders, and maintaining all associated safety training records, including cybersecurity emergency integration with the Information Technology Department.

Pinnacle Career Institute recognizes the right to vote is a fundamental part of being a community at work and vital to our democracy. For your convenience, we are providing voter registration and assistance information below.

Individuals also may visit their local post office to obtain a voter registration form, or visit the U.S. Election Assistance Commission at https://www.eac.gov/voters/register-and-vote-in-your-state to obtain a National Mail Voter Registration form. Each state has a different deadline for voter registration, but in most states, individuals will need to register at least 30 days before an election.
