Tower Technician

Do I need to travel?

Yes, you need to be open to travel in this field, you will limit yourself greatly if you are not open to it.

What Certifications will I earn?

By the end of your Tower Turbine Technician certificate you will earn your PEAK Authorized Climber, OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR certifications.

Can I qualify for financial aid?

Due to the short term of this program, being limited to one month, you cannot qualify for Federal Financial Aid.  Military funding, agency funding, empoyer funding, scholarships, and other programs still apply.  Speak to your financial aid rep to see if they can work out a plan to help you afford to take the next step in your career.

Will I need a place to stay in Kansas City?

Room, board, and transportation are included in tuition.  The only additional thing you would need to worry about is getting to and from Kansas City at the beginning and end of the training.
