Financial Aid

It is the goal of Pinnacle Career institute to assist every eligible student in securing financial aid to enable the student to attend our institution. Prospective students are encouraged to visit with the PCI Financial Aid staff for detailed information about various aid programs available.

Pinnacle Career Institute participates in Title IV funding through the Department of Education and administers  the Pell Grant, Student Educational Opportunity Grant, and Federal Stafford and PLUS Loan programs. To apply for financial aid, a student must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The application must be completed carefully and accurately as it is the basis of determining your eligibility. Our Financial Aid department is available to assist students in the completion of this form and to answer any questions.

For more information concerning federal funding, please visit the Department of Education’s Student Aid on the Website that gives you comprehensive detail about the federal student aid programs: www.studentaid.ed.gov

To complete your FAFSA, please go to: www.fafsa.ed.gov

You will need the school code for the campus you are interested in attending so you can have your FAFSA come to the Pinnacle Career Institute Financial Aid Offices. The school codes are:
  • Pinnacle Career Institute located in South Kansas City and Online Education: 010405
  • Pinnacle Career Institute located in North Kansas City*: E01505
  • Pinnacle Career Institute located in Lawrence: 026130
If you discover you are ineligible for federal aid, don’t panic. You may be eligible for non-federal aid from state and private institutions. Also, consider applying for various scholarships that may be available to you based on things such as academics, ethnicity, military service and other sources.  Your Financial Aid Office is here to assist you in determining how best to fund your education.
